Disclaimer: I am a Joovy Blogger, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

I've written before about how amazing the Joovy Caboose VaryLight is, you can check it out here if you missed it!, so I was thrilled when I saw Joovy would be hosting a giveaway for one of these amazing strollers!

How tiny was my little boy then.. squeee... but I digress. The VaryLight is the ultimate stroller for any growing family.  It can function as a compact stroller, and in a second, be extended to a full sized sit and stand stroller!
You can use the car seat adapter (sold separately) to use from birth and can be configured in 13 different ways!
We were able to clean out a TON of our baby strollers because the Joovy Caboose VaryLight could do the job of all of them!

Joovy is one of those amazing companies you want to be a part of! They are a family run operation and are always thinking of the families who buy the products!

In their most recent blog post, they share how wonderful the VaryLight is! It is PERFECT for growing families!

Snacks fit for #DisneySide Royalty: Go Go Squeez, Pirate's Booty and AquaBall!

Disclaimer: Some of the snacks mentioned below were provided for our party in exchange for a mention in our Disney post, however I wanted to share them even more!

I shared a bit about our #DisneySide @Home Celebration but I wanted to share a bit more about the amazing FOOD companies that helped make it happen!

Emma and I were dreaming of a Princess Tea Party so we knew we needed a particular type of food: delicious, yummy SNACKS! It would have been super easy to just buy some brownies, cupcakes, and candy and call it a day but the three year old and I try and make healthier choices so we knew we needed some food items that were better for us, as well as taste delicious!

First on Emma's list of "must haves": Go Go Squeez! We LOVE Go Go Squeez around here! And around here, we means the 9 month old to the 31 year old. Portable apple sauce that is all natural and nut, grain, and dairy free! We had some pouches out on the table and included a pouch in everyone's goody bag!

When you think Disney Jr, you probably think of Sophia the First, Doc McStuffins, and Jake and the Neverland Pirates! Pirates means Pirate's Booty!

This delicious BAKED puffed corn is a gluten free snack with no artificial preservatives or colors. We love the Aged White Cheddar and everyone else must have because it was all gobbled up!

Pirate's Booty offers a wide range of snacks (and mac n cheese!!) that both my kids, and my husband, love to snack on!

These AquaBall! naturally favored waters were PERFECT with the Disney Princesses on them! The Princess waters are naturally Fruit Punch flavored, but the have Orange Splash Planes themed waters, Berry Frost Frozen themed waters, Orange Mickey Mouse themed water, and Avengers themed Grape water! The girls loved choosing their favorite princess!

We had such a blast at our #DisneySide @Home Celebration and think these were the perfect snacks! What snacks sounds like something your little one (or you!) would love?

Ready for Spring Clothes? Then #SpringIntoCarters!

“I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Carter’s. I received a complimentary gift card to facilitate my review and thank me for my participation.”

While we're still fighting the end of winter, I am optimistic about Spring.  In the past few days we have spent way too much money on our Spring and Summer concert tickets and started to purge the kids' clothes to see what still fits and what needs to go!
After going through a few boxes of things I had bought on sale last year to see what would fit and what wouldn't I knew we needed to get some adorable spring time clothes!

Despite the rain, we headed off to Carter's in Sagamore, Ma to stock up on some bright and sunny new outfits!
First off, the store is beautiful! So bright and clean! The Princess bee-lined it for the display of dolls and immediately asked if she could have one particular doll! So cute!

I immediately went for the 4 displays that touted signs saying "$6 Tees and Shorts!"
Originally $8 each, they are only $6 each if you buy two or more.

These make the most adorable spring play clothes! They are all perfectly coordinated mix and match separates! There are lots of brights, pastels, florals, and nautical themed designs to satisfy everyone!

For the girls:

And for the boys:

Obviously, no good outfit is complete without some accessories and Carter's has a ton!
Whether you're looking for head bands, socks, or some delicate jewels, Carter's offers everything to complete an outfit!

In addition to scooping up some great play clothes for the kids, I knew we needs to grab a few dressier outfits too.  We have a memorial mass this weekend, family pictures, and Easter all coming up!
Carter's has a great selection of casual yet dressy Easter and family picture type clothes perfect for both my infant son and toddler girl! So many of those great accessories matched perfectly!

...and of course, their adorable "My First Easter" themed items!

While we had no plans to buy any bathing suits, seriously it's still only 30 degrees outside, Emma saw this flamingo one shoulder bathing suit and fell in love! We ended up purchasing bathing suits, sunglasses, and flip flops- hey, spring is close, right?!
All the items are basically a mix and match, all the way down to the sun-protective accessories, like hats, water shoes and sunglasses!
Carter's is offering their swimwear in larger sizes now- from 7 to 12!

When we got home the Princess had to have a fashion show with some of her favorites! She loved picking out her own outfits and choosing her own poses! So cute!

We are obsessed with all the wonderful spring items Carter's has brought out this year and I know you are too! They have kindly given me a 25% off of $40 purchase coupon to share with all of you!
Check Carter's out on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram and say Thanks!

So you have to tell me, which items are your favorite?

Breathe Easier with Luma Comfort Humidifiers: HC12B Review

Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post, however all thoughts and opinions are my own.

We keep getting hit with more snow. Like I'm seriously over snow... I have been for at least 3 weeks. We have 'sprung ahead' and the Red Sox are playing in Florida... it should be Spring.

I am over the snow. I'm over the slush.
I'm over the 42 layers of clothing.
I'm over the ridiculous electricity bills.
I'm over the dry air that just makes me want to curl up in bed all day.

Humidifiers have been our best friends this winter; I swear it's the only reason we have survived this long without dry hacking coughs and red noses.

We have an amazing Luma Comfort Humidifier (HC12B) for our open concept living /dining room and kitchen.  It covers up to 650 square feet easily and the cool mist is perfect because little man does like to make his way over too it, so I'm not concerned about any type of steam burns.
I also love that it runs for 45 hours on a tank.  Long gone are the days are refilling the water every 6-8 hours!
The best part is how chic is it! The vase design blends in seamlessly with most decors, and with it's almost silent operations, it's hard to tell it's a humidifier!

Here's a quick video from Luma Comfort to see how seamless and gorgeous these humidifiers are:

Our video isn't nearly as "professional", but I love being able to see how these things actually work in the home, instead of just on a stage. I apologize in advance for my small yelling children in the background!

As I mentioned before, it is a dream, an absolute dream.
The features make it better than any other humidifier we have ever used.

Features:

1. It is a cool mist humidifier.
This is super important to me for a few reasons. With a small guy who is attempting walking, I know that even if he finds his way over to it, there is no way he'll hurt himself or burn himself because the steam is not hot. Also, cool mist humidifiers do not brred the bacteria that warm mist humidifiers can.  It's safer for our family.

2. It is almost silent.
For some thins isn't huge but for us, it's perfect! We have so much noise already between two kids, a cat, and a dog... another obnoxious whirring noise would not be okay. My refrigerator makes more noise!

3. It has an alarm!
I am yet to figure out if this alarm is for when it's tipped over or for when it's low on water (The husband believes it's the latter) but the dog ran right into it by it and knocked it off and it immediately let out a little beeping noise! As soon as I had it right side up again, the beeping stopped!
I thought it was a great function because it would minimize messes but the husband thinks it was letting me the water was low, you know, because it was on the floor, but when I put it upright it stopped beeping and I hadn't added any other water!
We haven't run the machine to empty yet so I'll be excited to find out!
And that leads me to my next feature...

4. It runs a single tank for 45 hours!
We haven't refilled the tank yet! And when I'm struggling to remember if I showered last night or this morning, one less thing to remember to have to do each day is great!

5. It has a remote!
Yes, a remote. My husband loves the remote and I do too! If we're watching tv in the living room and I notice it's not on, I don't even have to get up to turn it on! Super lazy? Yep. Super convenient? Oh ya.

Why buy ugly when you can buy a Luma Comfort Humidifier?
You can purchase one for less than $140 at Wayfair, Home Depot, and many other retailers!
Check out the other amazing products that Luma Comfort carries at their website and stay up to date at their Facebook page!

10 Months Old

Growth:

This kid doesn't stop! 19 lbs 3 oz and 29" at his last appointment! We basdically jumped from 6 month clothes straight to 12 month! Some 9 month onesies are already tight on him and he wore 12 month carter's pjs to sleep last night! He's just growing like crazy still!

Looks:

His red hair is basically a hair piece at this point. He is constantly rocking a comb over or angel wings poking out from behind his ears.  I can literally hold like 2 inches of hair in my hands on the base of his neck!
I'm desperately trying to hold out on his first haircut until we go to Disney but I'm not sure I can wait another 3 months!

Firsts and Milestones:

No real "firsts" this month. Whomp.
He's still walking supported, has 4 teeth now, and dances up a storm, but nothing new.

Sleep:

Some nights are awesome, and some nights are not.
He likes to fall asleep around 7:30 at night and is always wide awake by 6:15 am, whether or not there are middle of the night wake ups.
He only sleeps on his side or belly and will still roll himself if you try and put him any other way.

Food:

Everything.
Seriously, just about everything.
We are still nursing but I stopped pumping when I got back from Las Vegas so we've been doing bottles of half frozen milk and half formula while I'm at work.  Hopefully we can stretch the frozen milk out until we transition entirely.
Otherwise, he LOVES scrambled eggs, any Gerber baby finger foods, french fries, vegetables like corn, peas, and green beans, and all kinds of meat including chicken, hamburger, and turkey!
I'm always amazed at how much he can eat!
We made some home made deconstructed chicken pot pie and he polished off 3 (baby sized)plates!

Language:

He's making lots of consonant sounds like Bah, Dah, Mmmm, and Wah.
"Mom is the only read word we can hear but he's getting there.

His favorites:

Any electronics, especially phones and remotes. And he's not silly enough to use fake ones-- only mom and dad's will do!
Music and dancing!
The little guy shakes it! Both back and forth and up and down, I just laugh so much when he dances!
He also really loves the animals lately giving big open mouth kisses on their backs!

My favorites:

The dancing has got to be my favorite this month.
He gets so into it and will just yell and shake around when any music plays, including just me singing!
He gives kisses if you ask for them, right on your mouth... and it's adorable.
Also, the way he yawns and snuggles on to my shoulder when he's tired.

I can't believe we're getting so close to his first birthday already!!

#DisneySide Princess Tea Party Turned 29th Birthday Party

"I received free products in order to host a DisneySide @Home Celebration. The opinions expressed here are my own. "

Ever feel like you're NOT supposed to do something?
This party was it. We scheduled our party 3 separate times but our (not so) friend, SNOW showed up and ruined it each time! So we figured we love and celebrate Disney everyday so we would host a party when our family came to gather! Instead of it being the first weekend of February, we ended up having a #DisneySide @Home Celebration for my 29th birthday! How fun!

There is so much to this party that I'll be sharing posts little by little!
First up: the delivery!
We shared our unboxing when it first arrived: Disney sent us so much great stuff!

Literally, everything we needed for a Princess inspired tea party, complete with plates, napkins, tea, nail polish, treat cups, Palace Pets, Duff cake mix, and decorations!

We ended up with a pretty low key party because I flew home from Vegas the day before and was still exhausted but we had so much fun!
In addition to the amazing #DisneySide box we recieved, GoGo Squeez, Pirates Booty, and AquaBall all contributed snacks to the event!

It was such an amazing Princess Party and a great way to ring in 29 years old!
Thanks so much Disney!
