The NEW Redesigned LÍLLÉbaby CarryOn Toddler Carrier!

Hooray for a newly redesigned LÍLLÉbaby CarryOn carrier! I love LÍLLÉbaby, and honestly, it's not a secret.  Between older posts, like when we went to Disney and got to try out the Essentials carrier, and instagram posts, like Daddy wearing at Ikea, littles wearing littles, a sleepy boy at Disney, and a regular Target trip, I promise you've seen my LÍLLÉbaby Carriers before!

While both of my kids still fit in the LÍLLÉbaby COMPLETE carriers, we've really been grabbing our toddler-sized CarryOns more lately. You can see a comparison of the COMPLETE and CarryOn here, but Lillebaby took all of the feedback they received from their customers and redesigned their CarryOn!

It's easy to see in the above picture how different the fit is! The Donuts and Sprinkles carrier is the newly designed one and you can see that it is not quite as wide and a bit taller than the older model CarryOn. The CarryOn's deeper seat and tall torso (tallest one available) are specifically designed to secure and support children size 2t pants and taller. The new panel is 20.5" designed to support even larger children.

Lillebaby shortened the straps for a closer fit, which you can see here. The newly redesigned CarryOn is the light gray!  You'll also notice that the waist band is more curved. The wider waistband supports larger children and  makes it easier on you. I carried my 5 year old, who is 40 lbs, in it on a walk this weekend with no back pain!

Lillebaby's breathable mesh is perfect for all weather, whether it's a hot day in Florida, or a with a  few layers during a cold day in New England.

The newly redesigned Carry On still offers all the things you love about the Original CarryOn as well!

• Two-way adjustable straps with Perfect Fit Adjusters for near-limitless fit customization
• Three comfortable, ergonomic carrying positions - front, hip, and back.
• Straps may be worn crossed or backpack style.
• 100% cotton border on the torso for added support and durability.
• Our soft, moldable 3D mesh for maximum air circulation and breathability
• Adorable new patterns and color options
• Accommodates children 20 - 60lbs, size 2T pants and taller

It's already love for us and our newly redesigned LÍLLÉbaby CarryOn. I mean, seriously, who doesn't love donuts!?

Did I mention they are launching TODAY? You can head over to Lillebaby's website and grab one now, for only $150!

Be sure to let me know if you grab a Donuts and Sprinkles one, or one of the other gorgeous patterns!

Strolling into Fall with the Joovy ScooterX2

Disclaimer: I was provided with a stroller to facilitate a review, however all thoughts and opinions are my own.

It's officially Fall yall.
We had a couple of super warm days in the past week and I've really loved getting in a few more warm walks, holding on to our warmer days.

A photo posted by Heather (@heathgiff) on

As much as I love our VaryLight Tandem Stroller, I've been looking for a side by side stroller for our walks.  I had a jogger but it was super old and run down, even missing the front tray/bar. Not exactly perfect and when the tire started going flat, I knew it was time to upgrade.

The amazing people at Joovy sent us this gorgeous ScooterX2 and I am just in love.

Like always, Joovy offers it all in a gorgeous design.

The double stroller holds two children, each up to 45 lbs, but still offers the convenience of fitting through our doorway!
The seats recline individually and I honestly love the set up.  You simply loosen up the strap to recline and pull the strap tighter to sit the seats upright.
The front offers a footrest for my tall kids and a safety bar to help keep them in.
There is a huge canopy that keeps them completely tucked away from the sun when needed but it offers a big viewing window for me to keep an eye on them!

Each seat has a mesh cup holder that is great for storing my water bottle or my house keys while we're out. The huge basket was perfect for us when we went to the Jack-o-Lantern Spectacular and brought along my purse, some blankets, diaper changes, and some snacks! I'm a huge babywearer, but this stroller is perfect when both kids need to be pushed around, like our town fair and looking at pumpkins!

My favorite part is that, like the VaryLight, the ScooterX2 offers a 1 handed fold! It's so simple to open and close and is light enough for me to lift in and out of the van.

I love the vibrant, gorgeous color of our ScooterX2, but you'll have to check out the full listing on the Joovy page and let me know your favorite color!

Lillebaby COMPLETE Organic Giveaway!

Good morning!!
Today is a great day and you know why? LÍLLÉbaby released their "new" Organic line of COMPLETE carriers earlier! LÍLLÉbaby has had organic carriers before, like my gorgeous blue Celeste carrier that is no longer in production, but these new organic carriers are the new, better versions of the one I already have! They are made from an amazingly soft and sustainable certified organic cotton. LÍLLÉbaby even won an award and they're just be released today! Over achievers!

And seriously, how gorgeous is that green color? I love the classic LÍLLÉbaby Green Meadows, which will be a limited time color! LÍLLÉbaby will be bringing back a gorgeous navy color called Blue Moonlight also!

I am so in love with the new colors as well: Sea Glass, Blushing Pink, Powder Blue!

Lillebaby COMPLETE Organic Carrier

Amirite? Or amirite? GORGEOUS!
They are Beautiful, soft, and the best part, sustainable, made with 100% Organic Cotton. That means not only do I get to love on my little ones in the organic COMPLETE carrier, I get to help ensure they have a beautiful world to grow up in later.

LÍLLÉbaby even has it's own Green Commitment posted on their website!

I can't wait to get my hands on one of these, I think I'm torn between... uh... all of them? Seriously, first I think I want Sea Glass, then Blushing Pink, then Powder Blue, and then I can't choose.  I can get more than one right?

COMPLETE carriers are amazing and really, I already have multiples because I love them so much, so what's 2, or 3, or 5 more?

Here's a quick rundown on the facts about the COMPLETE:

1. SIX ERGONOMIC CARRYING POSITIONS – Includes every carrying position without the need for an infant insert: Front-fetal, Front-infant, Front-outward, Front- toddler, Hip and Back carry. The COMPLETE grows with yoru child through all the baby wearing years, from 7 lbs to 45 lbs. The patented cupped seat adjusts to keep baby ergonomically seated in all six carry positions through every development stage.

2. LUMBAR SUPPORT – Increases comfort, maintains healthy posture and alignment, and prevents lower back strain. Combined with an extra sturdy waist belt to maximize parent's comfort.

3. TWO-WAY STRAP NEW! – Enable wearer to carry "backpack style" or with straps crossed in the back. Dual adjustment buckles simplify breastfeeding and adjusting straps on the go.

4. SLEEPING HOOD– Features dual adjustment points to provide tailored support for baby's head while sleeping, sun protection while exploring, and privacy while nursing. Removable.

5. EXTRA TALL, EXTENDABLE TORSO – So comfortable your baby will fall asleep. Provides extra neck and back support and keeps taller babies secure in the carrier. The adjustable width gently cradles baby's head. Elastic straps provide support while allowing for movement and easy adjustment.

6. POCKETS NEW! - Large zippered storage pocket, plus easy-reach pocket for storing hood and essentials.

7. WIDE, PADDED SHOULDER STRAPS & WASIT BELT - Evenly distribute baby's weight for maximized comfort.

The biggest benefits of the COMPLETE carrier are that one carrier offers 6 carrying positions (with no infant insert!) and that it fits littles from 7 lbs all the way up to 45 lbs.  That means I can carry a newborn all the way up to my 5 year old with ONE carrier.  Talk about return on investment...

But the coolest part of today? I have teamed up with a handful of other LÍLLÉbaby enthusiast to give away an Organic COMPLETE carrier! The winner will get to choose which in stock color they would like and it will be shipped directly from LÍLLÉbaby. It's simple, enter using the Giveaway below, tell all your friends, and then cross your fingers you get randomly selected to win!

In the meantime, check out the other blogs and read all about their thoughts (and see their gorgeous pictures of the new Organic COMPLETE carriers!):

And visit Instagram to see even more soft, sustainable beautifulness...

Which Lillebaby Carrier Should I Use?

Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links, I may be compensated for purchases made through these links. For more information, click here.

My love for Lillebaby is well documented on Instagram and in earlier blog posts, but did you know there is a Lillebaby Love Facebook page? It's an amazing community where members get to ask questions about their fit, about carriers, and brag about how amazing we are. ;)

A couple weeks ago, there were a few messages that popped up about a huge Lillebaby warehouse sale and I was able to grab a couple new carriers at super discounted prices! Sadly, the big sale is over but you can still snag a great deal on the SALE page! Because one of the most often asked questions lately is about when to move your child from a Lillebaby Complete model to a Lillebaby Carry On model, I thought I'd show the comparison for you!

The Lillebaby Complete is the amazing carrier that you can use from 7 lbs up to 45 lbs.  The Completes come in 4 types: Original, Airflow, All-Seasons, and Embossed. The Original is made of convas, while the Airflow is mostly mesh.  The All-Seasons is a marriage of the two, mostly canvas with a zip down mesh panel for breathability, and the Embossed is mostly microsuede/microfiber amd feels similar to a golf wicking type shirt. All 4 models come with a lumbar support piece, allow for 6 different carrying styles, and do not require any sort of infant insert! We have a handful of Completes because they work for newborn all the way to 45 lbs and, although she is only 2 weeks shy of being 5 years old, Emmalee still fits in them!

The Carry On is essentially a toddler sized carrier.  According to the Lillebaby website, it fits from 15 lbs to 60 lbs but I have found it's more of a height and leg length than a weight for this carrier. There are 2 models: the Carry On Original and the Carry On Air.  Like the Completes, the Carry On Original is a canvas carrier and the Air is mostly mesh. Both models come with a lumbar support piece and they offer 3 carrying positions.

The Lillebaby Essentials is a streamlined version of their Complete carrier. It can be used from 15 lbs to 45 lbs currently, and when the infant insert is released it will fit 7 lbs and up. It is a cotton carrier and offers 4 carrying positions. Unlike the Complete and the Carry On, the Essentials does NOT come with a lumbar support.

Tyler just turned 2 last week and at his check up was 26 pounds and 34 inches.  He just started wearing 2T pants. You can see that he just fits in the Carry On.  The bunching fabric is his pants, not the carrier. He gets an amazing M shape in the Carry On.  The Embossed Complete is pictured in the middle. Again, a great M shape and the wide panel is knee to knee. I also added a picture of the Essentials because it can also be a great fit for older kids if you don't want or need the extra functions of the Complete. And even when little guy looks a bit lopsided because the only picture your husband took was when you were bouncing him, it is usually a great M seat.

Which Lillebaby carrier for my 20 lb toddler?

While we've used the Completes for the past 2 years, I really love the ease of the Carry On since it offers less 'bells and whistles'.  The New Carry On Air has quickly become my husband's favorite carrier.

Another question that comes up a lot is about extended babywearing.  I wear my almost 5 year old a couple times a month.  She loves being carried around and at 36 lbs, fits into all three types of carriers.  The Carry On offers us the best fit because of the width of the panel, but both the Complete and the Essentials offer a supported seat as well. I find the lumbar support is super important when they're this big because it literally offers me so much extra support while carrying her!

Can I still carry my preschooler in a Lillebaby carrier?

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Lillebaby carriers, because you can't go wrong when it comes to babywearing, and hopefully, this helped you figure out which carrier was best for you and your little ones.

An Easy and Perfect Baby Shower Gift

Disclosure: My family was provided free product in exchange for this post; however all thoughts and opinions are my own. This post contains affiliate links, I may be compensated for purchases made through these links. For more information, click here.

Baby fever everywhere! Just kidding. No baby fever here for me but I am knee deep in baby shower invitations.  I could not be more excited for my friends bringing babies into their families and being me, want to buy them every amazing gift they could possibly need.  Sadly, that's not financially possible. Ha!

My go to gift is a Lillebaby carrier.  I am so obsessed with all of mine, yep, I have four! The last baby shower I was invited to, my coworker told me that her mother had already purchased her a buckle carrier but was really interested in trying out a wrap. Sadly, Lillebaby does not offer a wrap but I found an amazingly well reviewed wrap on Amazon to try out! The Baby Sling Carrier Wrapy is the perfect wrap for a new mom. It's rated a 4.9 out of 5 with over 150 reviews!

Plus it's extra comfy, made of 95% cotton and 5% Spandex, one size fits all, and it's machine washable and a dryer safe.

To be honest, I usually budget around $75 for baby shower gifts because if I'm sitting through a shower, I must really like you. Even though this wrap is valued at close to $140, it's on super sale (as of the posting date) and was less than $30 so I had more money to build up a basket of my favorite things for the new baby!

My Favorite Baby Items : Shower Gift

I always include:
1. a breastfeeding scarf, like this one from Itzy Ritzy.
2. Bottles, we especially love Joovy, Avent and Dr. Brown.
3. Gripe water or gas drops.
4. Avent pacifiers - I literally owned 30 of these with each kid.
5. A Tug Tune toy from Bright Starts.
6. A good book. A stand by like Good Night Moon or Pajama Time are always good.
7. Pajamas.  The best are made by Carters.  Feeties or sleep gowns are my favorites.

I grabbed a small bucket at Target, some tissue paper, and also used Picmonkey to make a couple labels for my favorites and was ready to go!

I love giving moms gifts I know that I loved and can't wait to welcome even more babies this spring and summer!

Swooning Over Skip Hop at #ToyFair

Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links, I may be compensated for purchases made through these links. For more information, click here

The best "problem" with blogging is that I get to see these amazing baby things that are coming out and I have to remind myself that my baby is going to be 2 in a few short months and our baby days are over.

While I've been fine with this decision for the past almost 2 years, I found myself seriously swooning over baby gear at Toy Fair and in turn thinking about a baby again.

Skip Hop's new baby line is seriously dream worthy.

This Activity center, which will retail around $80 and will be released in August is just the most adorable thing I saw all day. The subdued colors and the woodland creatures... squee.

The other activity center they had was the softest one I've ever touched... with a cloud pillow, it would be perfect in a nursery for either gender.  It will be released a bit earlier in July and will also be priced around $80.

The beautiful activity chair matches both activity mats and has the cutest little kick piano!
Add in the stroller toys with the stand up sun mirror and I'm swooning over these products and maybe even wishing for a new baby? No, not really but I do want to buy them as gifts asap!

Since I won't be buying any of the new Skip Hop items for myself anytime soon, I was thinking I'd end up getting each kid a new lunchbox for school and playgroup and the new characters are perfect! Tyler would absolutely get the lizard and Emma is already asking for the raccoon!

Which do you prefer? The woodland animals or the clouds?

Good Infant Oral Care with Nuk!

I received product to facilitate my review, but all opinions are my own.

The Princess had her first dentist check up a couple weeks ago.  We were without dental insurance for so long and I was petrified that her teeth would be a mess but thankfully, since we push good brushing habits on her, her teeth are still perfect! We make brushing our teeth a family event and we all stand in the bathroom, brushing together.
I don't want her to pretend to brush her teeth I want her to know that it's a GOOD thing to brush!
Because we are always brushing, the little man has taken a liking to brushing as well! He only has 4 teeth but we need to keep them healthy too!

Nuk makes an amazing three sided toothbrush and a gum and tooth paste that is designed for infants 3 months and older!

The toothbrush is gentle on gums with no nylon bristles and is easy to grip for both mama and the little one who wants to do it themselves! The toothbrush can be used from 6-36 months, while the gum and toothpaste can be used from 3 months on.

My little guy likes to suck the paste right off the brush so I'm happy that it is Flouride Free and safe to swallow. Nuk's gum and tooth paste is also free of articifical dyes and is both dairy free and gluten free-- I had never even considered those two things in my toothpaste!
The natural tasting apple and banana flavor was surprisingly good and I think Tyler brushed his teeth 4 times the first time we tried them out!

The Breastfeeding Diaries: Guest Posting Today!

I am so excited to be guest posting over at The Girl in the Red Shoes as part of the Breastfeeding Diaries!
I'm finding myself very emotional as the baby's birthday, and the impending end of nursing,  approach.
Check it out and let me know your thoughts!

March 9, 2015

10 Months Old

Growth:

This kid doesn't stop! 19 lbs 3 oz and 29" at his last appointment! We basdically jumped from 6 month clothes straight to 12 month! Some 9 month onesies are already tight on him and he wore 12 month carter's pjs to sleep last night! He's just growing like crazy still!

Looks:

His red hair is basically a hair piece at this point. He is constantly rocking a comb over or angel wings poking out from behind his ears.  I can literally hold like 2 inches of hair in my hands on the base of his neck!
I'm desperately trying to hold out on his first haircut until we go to Disney but I'm not sure I can wait another 3 months!

Firsts and Milestones:

No real "firsts" this month. Whomp.
He's still walking supported, has 4 teeth now, and dances up a storm, but nothing new.

Sleep:

Some nights are awesome, and some nights are not.
He likes to fall asleep around 7:30 at night and is always wide awake by 6:15 am, whether or not there are middle of the night wake ups.
He only sleeps on his side or belly and will still roll himself if you try and put him any other way.

Food:

Everything.
Seriously, just about everything.
We are still nursing but I stopped pumping when I got back from Las Vegas so we've been doing bottles of half frozen milk and half formula while I'm at work.  Hopefully we can stretch the frozen milk out until we transition entirely.
Otherwise, he LOVES scrambled eggs, any Gerber baby finger foods, french fries, vegetables like corn, peas, and green beans, and all kinds of meat including chicken, hamburger, and turkey!
I'm always amazed at how much he can eat!
We made some home made deconstructed chicken pot pie and he polished off 3 (baby sized)plates!

Language:

He's making lots of consonant sounds like Bah, Dah, Mmmm, and Wah.
"Mom is the only read word we can hear but he's getting there.

His favorites:

Any electronics, especially phones and remotes. And he's not silly enough to use fake ones-- only mom and dad's will do!
Music and dancing!
The little guy shakes it! Both back and forth and up and down, I just laugh so much when he dances!
He also really loves the animals lately giving big open mouth kisses on their backs!

My favorites:

The dancing has got to be my favorite this month.
He gets so into it and will just yell and shake around when any music plays, including just me singing!
He gives kisses if you ask for them, right on your mouth... and it's adorable.
Also, the way he yawns and snuggles on to my shoulder when he's tired.

I can't believe we're getting so close to his first birthday already!!

February 24, 2015

9 Months in, 9 Months Out!

I can't believe it's been 9 months!
He's been outside in the world as long as we've known we were having him!

Growth:

We had little man's doctor appointment and is a whopping 18 lbs 8 oz and 29 inches! The doctor was very happy because his weight is now in the 25th percentile, instead of the 10th like it was at his 6 month appointment.

Looks:

Longer, curlier, red hair! I think I'm going to try and hold off until June for his first haircut so he can have it done at Disney!
He's constantly walking around with some sort of bump or bruise because he has no fear and will just topple!
His perma-grin is always there too!

Firsts and Milestones:

We have lots of supported walking and will even stand unsupported for 2 or 3 seconds before crouching back down.
There are 2 teeth now! Both bottom teeth have popped through the top right is making it's way through as well! We've been having some nursing/biting issues but hopefully it will be over soon!
"Mom" is absolutely the first word! <3

Sleep:

Crib is an every night thing and many nights he puts himself to sleep in the crib.  He will only sleep on his side or his belly, and will roll if you try and put him on his back.
He loves pillows, and will drop his whole head on to one if he sees it. Still waking at night to nurse but not nearly as much.

Food:

We're still breastfeeding! I'm a bit nervous about what going to Vegas will do to my supply (three whole days without him!) so we will most likely be introducing some formula soon.  I have about 100 oz in the freezer so hopefully we can do half and half when it comes time.
Otherwise, he's eating even more foods! This week has included cod, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, applesauce, eggs, bacon, a potato chip (!), mandarin oranges, and some peanut butter on bread!
He is so open to trying foods!

Language:

"Maaaaaaa"
And I love it!
Otherwise, lots and lots of incoherent yells and babbles. He loves talking!

His favorites:

The animals. He chases them around the house and then "kisses" them, which really means he open mouth like bites them, but it's his kiss...
Pushing his walking toy around.
Having his head rubbed.
dancing to all music.
Sesame Street!
Falling asleep on mom or dad's chest.
Eating or playing with cell phones.
Taking baths! He will crwal to the tub, stand next to it and just start laughing! He splashes like crazy in the tub!

My favorites:

The laughter is the best! Whether it's to let me know he wants to take a tub, or he's laughing at Emma yelling "poopie", he is always so giggly!

Snuza Hero Review and Giveaway

Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post, however all thoughts and opinions are my own.

I know that we waited a LONG time to transition the little man to his crib, but the full night of sleep while bedsharing was just too much to give up some days!
We bedshared from day 1 (mostly because I would fall asleep while nursing him!) but I knew the longer we held off on transitioning, the harder it would be.  What I didn't realize was that it would be harder for me than for him!

I was so accustomed to hearing his little breaths and knowing he was safe, that when he was down the hall in his own room, I found myself waking up more so I could go check on him. This obviously can't go on forever; I need to be able to get a full night sleep without constantly checking on him so I am thrilled about the new Snuza Hero.

It's a super portable, easy to use baby monitor that attaches directly to the baby's diaper (no wires or cords!) and will attempt to rouse the baby or alert a parent if there is no abdominal movement from the baby.  If the Hero does not feel the baby move in 15 seconds, it will vibrate in an attempt to rouse the baby to get those movements, if it doesn't happen within 5 seconds, the Hero lets off a beep to let a parent or caregiver know there is an issue. Check out how it works:
How awesome!?
It's super light weight and easy to put on the diaper using a little clip so there are no wires or cables to worry about!

It's the perfect piece of mind for me when the little guy is in his own room!
The Snuza Hero is currently being sold at Babies R Us for $119.99 but one of my lucky readers is going to win one!

Open to US winners only. Prize fulfilled by sponsor.

8 Months!

Growth:

He's a magic growing bean... every day he just looks older. He's measuring at 20 pounds and 29 inches based on our scale and ruler, but those are not Doctor's measurements so who knows. He's in 6-9 month clothes and size 3 diapers.

Looks:

He's such a little man!
He has the most infectious smile and laugh. I'm hoping his strawberry blonde hair stays that way, it's just too cute for words. He looks so much like his dad. Still no teeth but there are two bumps on his lower gums, so maybe soon!

Firsts and Milestones:

He took his first supported steps! While playing with his push toy, he stepped forward! He took about 4 steps pushing his toy.  He's been letting go and staying upright for a few seconds so I'm sure that will be his next accomplishment.

Sleep:

Last week, we had our first 8 and half hour stretch! And in his crib! He must be going through a growth spurt because he's been taking 3 hour long naps and then giving me 4-6 hour stretches at night after!
His favorite place to snuggle is in my bed but he's sleeping in his own crib much more!

Food:

He loves food! Cheese, yogurt, turkey, spaghetti, peas, corn, bread, applesauce, rice, potatoes, avocado,... he'll really try just about anything we're eating!

Language:

We're getting a good H sound which kind of sounds like Hi, especially since he says it when he first sees you!
There's also the M sound when he's crawling up my leg or if he wants me so I think Mom might be coming soon!

His favorites:

Bouncing! He loves to bounce, play with the computer and try to press the lights, any electrical plug, wall outlets, tubbies, snuggles, and "flying" in the air.  The cat's food and water dishes make noise, climbing over anything, standing... all bring about smiles!

My favorites:

The way he rubs his eyes and snuggles into my chest when he's sleepy. The ear to ear smile when he does something new is also adorable!
He's been the cutest lately!

Formula Feed with Pride : A Mixi Bottle Giveaway

I'm a pretty hippy parent-- breastfeed, babywear, cosleep... I love it all, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate other parents who choose to parent the way they want to.

I breastfed the Princess to a full year but we supplemented with formula a few times.
4 ounces of breastmilk + 4 ounces of formula and I was able to stop pumping at 9 months.

I will admit I have always hated the smell of formula. Breastmilk smells too but formula... or the powder always made a huge mess or I didn't have the bottle ready and I'd rush and it would get all clumpy inside the bottle.. thankfully, Mixie helps with the problem!

Mixie is super cool. It will make formula feeding a breeze.
You can literally prep your bottles hours before you use them! I'm thinking how easy the 2 am bottle would be with Mixie! Check this out.

I received a 4 oz Mixie bottle with a Stage 1 nipple and an extra Stage 2 nipple at one of the amazing baby events I went to last year and since I won't be usig them, I wanted one of my wonderful readers to have it!

Just comment and tell me why you want/need it. I'll pick one winner (via random) and ship it off! You must be a US winner. Thanks and good luck!

Babyled Weaning with Dr. Browns {and Holiday Bottles!} : GIVEAWAY!

Disclaimer: We were provided product to facilitate this review.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I don't know about you but I feel like I pack on some serious poundage over the holidays... lots and lots of deliciousness everywhere!

While gaining weight isn't always fun, there was something super fun about food this holiday season... my little man started eating real food! We're not huge fans of purees and we go straight to table food for our little man.  It's called baby led weaning, but really, it's just using normal table food in place of pureed beets or spinach.  I'm no doctor so I can't say if it's better or worse, but as a mom, I feel comfortable doing what I feel works best for our family. And, let's be honest, little man loves it!

He eats chicken, turkey, hamburg, peas, corn, bananas, mandarin oranges, the list goes on and on!
Emmalee loves helping feed Tyler, but is very protective of her food, on her special plates so it's only fair that little man gets his own special tableware too!

Tyler received some of the most amazing tableware from Dr. Browns!
Divided plates, bowls, sippy cups, "flatware", and even some holiday bottles!

I love that I can give Tyler an assortment of food and know that it's his own special plate!

The long spatula spoons also give him the control of the silverware without me worrying about him stabbing himself with a fork!

Before these cups arrived, he was just drinking from a bottle and he mastered the sippy cup in two days with Dr. Brown's amazing design!

And how adorable are these bottles?!

Dr. Browns products are perfect for all stages when it comes to babies and food!
